Help Center
All important guides are grouped by sections.
How to use Help
- Choose a section based on your goal (setup, imports, analytics, finance).
- For each topic, review "What it does", "What you need", and "How to read the output".
- Click "Open section" and verify the result directly on your shop data.
- If numbers do not match expectations, first check date range, filters, and import status.
- Account security (2FA): We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your profile. It significantly reduces account takeover risk.

What it does:
The forecast shows expected revenue development for the next 3 months. It is based on historical monthly revenue (excluding cancelled orders), linear trend, and monthly seasonality factors.
What you need:
You need enough order history (ideally 12+ months), properly configured order statuses, and consistent imports. This is a statistical forecast over historical data, not a causal marketing model.
How to read the output:
Read three parts: 1) Growth in period (%) = change from the beginning to the end of history, 2) Trend slope = growth/decline pace, 3) Forecast curve = trend adjusted by the target month seasonal coefficient.

What it does:
This module computes monthly seasonality indices, i.e., how much each month is above/below long-term average revenue.
What you need:
You need historical monthly revenue data and a stable time window. Longer history improves index reliability.
How to read the output:
Index 1.00 means average. Values above 1.00 indicate above-average months; below 1.00 indicate below-average months. Use this for stock, capacity, and marketing budget planning.
